Between two chords.
*
I am lost between two chords
the mandolin is playing
you found me wand’ring somewhere
between the cello strains.
Standing between the willow
and the tanner’s brook
I just don’t have a reason
to take a backward look.

How often kevin when a nice time comes to an end people say ah well that’s the end, but we should be in anticipation enjoying still the good time we had and waiting for the next chord or strain. God bless you and your endeavours for social justice.
“Between two chords”- great, Suz,:-). Words to stimulate the mind and soul.
That’’s my friend Jane.
I wonder if the chords are metaphors for the various milestones in life?
The resonance of what has just ended and anticipation of the next, it’s a joyful sigh of pleasure
